I. APPLICATION PROCESS:  Candidates, fulfilling the eligibility conditions, must fill in the prescribed application form and email to cvfaculty.recruitment2023@aiimsbhopal.edu.in with all relevant documents in support of their candidature by 5.00 p.m. on 10/10/2023. Candidates are also required to submit the hard copy of the duly filled application along with the self attested copies of certificates and application fee (for specified category) by ‘Regd/Speed Post’ only to “The Deputy Director (Admin.), All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ist Floor, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Bhawan, Saket Nagar, Bhopal-462020” by 5.00 p.m. 20/10/2023 (i.e. within 10 days of the last date for submission of the application by email) . The post and department applied for and the advertisement No. should be mentioned on the subject of the email while submitting the applications. The envelope containing hard copy of the application form should also superscribed with the same.  Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each post and pay the application fee for each post by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the “Executive Director AllMS Bhopal” and should mention the candidate’s name, post applied for, department and advertisement no. on the backside of the Demand Draft. II. APPLICATION FEE:  The application fee for General/OBC/EWS category - Rs. 2,000/-(Rs. Two Thousand only).  For SC/ST & PwBD, Women/Ex-Servicemen category- Nil.  Fee shall be paid by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Executive Director AIIMS Bhopal’. Any other mode of payment is not acceptable.  Fee once remitted will not be refunded.  Inadequately filled / incomplete applications may be summarily rejected. III. FROM OTHER INSTITUTES: Candidates working in Central/State/UT Government Organizations/PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies are required to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer. Such candidates have to mandatorily produce NOC at the time of interview or as asked by the Institute without which they will not be allowed for further recruitment process/interview. IV. AGE LIMIT & AGE RELAXATION: a. Age limit refers to completed age in years as on last date of submission of application. b. Upper Age Limit: (i) Professor/Additional Professor: Not exceeding 58 (Fifty-eight) years as on closing date. (ii) Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor: Not exceeding 50 (Fifty) years as on closing date. (iii) Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of applications. (iv) No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS Candidates applying for unreserved vacancies. (v) Age relaxation is permissible to various categories as per Government of India Rules. V. RESERVATION: 1) OBC candidates applying for vacancies reserved for them must produce OBC-Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued on or after 01/04/2023 in the format prescribed by the Govt. of India. In addition to the community certificate (OBC), a self-declaration in the prescribed format that the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer as on the last date of application is to be submitted by the candidate. 2) For SC/ST Candidates - Certificate should be issued by Tehsildar or above rank officer in format of State/Central Government. 3) For PwBD candidates - The disability certificate should be issued by a duly constituted Medical Board of the State or Central Govt. Hospitals / Institutions and countersigned by Medical Superintendent /Chief Medical Officer /Head of Hospital / Institution as the case may be. 4) The Medical Board issuing certificate shall conform to guidelines of Ministry of Social Welfare and Empowerment (Government of India). 5) Candidates applying under any of the reserved category posts, viz. SC/ST/OBC/ PwBD/EWS will be considered subject to submission of Caste/Disability Certificate issued by the appropriate/ competent authority on the prescribed format. Community should be clearly and legibly mentioned in the certificate. 6) Eligibility of OBC candidates will be based on the caste(s) borne in the Central List of Government of India. OBC candidate(s) should not belong to Creamy Layer and their subcaste should match with the entries in Central List of OBC, failing which their candidature will not be considered under any of the applied reserved category post(s). 7) Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) shall be applicable as per Govt. of India, Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) DoPT dated 19th January, 2019 and 31st January, 2019. EWS Candidates will attach certificate issued by the competent authority in the form prescribed as per Annexure – 1. VI. SCRUTINY OF APPLICATION: a. Based the information as filled up in the Application forms, the candidates may be shortlisted for interview. Candidates called for interview must produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer and all relevant documents in original in proof of details furnished in their application at the time of interview. b. The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Based on the application, the Screening Committee may short-list the candidates for interview. Candidates may also be asked to submit an affidavit/declaration as decided by the Competent Authority at time of Interview. c. The methodology of Selection will be decided by the Selection Committee as deemed fit besides any other matter relating to the Selection process. VII. SITE OF INTERVIEW: The interview will be held at AIIMS Bhopal or any other places as per decision taken by the Standing Selection Committee. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. VIII. PAY & ALLOWANCES: S.No. Post Pay Scale as per 7th CPC Matrix for Direct Recruitment 1 Professor Level–14-A (1,68,900-2,20,400) Entry Level pay Rs. 1,68,900/- Plus applicable allowances including NPA 2 Additional Professor Level–13-A2+ (1,48,200-2,11,400) Entry Level pay Rs. 1,48,200/- Plus applicable allowances including NPA 3 Associate Professor Level–13-A1+ (Rs 1,38,300-2,09,200) Entry Level pay Rs. 1,38,300/- Plus applicable allowances including NPA 4 Assistant Professor Level-12 (1,01,500-1,67,400) Entry Level pay Rs. 1,01,500/- Plus applicable allowances including NPA. {After three years, Assistant Professors will move to Level 13 (Basic 1,23,100) of the Pay Matrix}.  Applicable Allowance: Dearness Allowance/ House Rent Allowance/ Transport Allowance / Academic Allowance/ Non-Practicing Allowance (20% of Basic Pay) as applicable for eligible candidates etc. These allowances will be applicable as per Government of India Rules.  Up to 40% of posts of Professors will get Higher Administrative (HAG) scale subject to clearance of the prescribed process.  NPA shall be given for medically qualified candidates only. IX. PROMOTIONS: As per Rules and Regulations applicable from time to time in the Central Government Institutions/ AIIMS Bhopal. X. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS: a. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ascertain, ensure and establish their eligibility as per the prescribed qualification and experience as above. Submission of any false and/or suppression/ concealment of facts shall lead to rejection/ cancellation of selection/recruitment of the applicant. Any misinformation detected at any stage will make the candidate liable for legal action deemed fit. b. The candidate who is already in government service shall submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the present employer at the time of Interview. c. Self-Attested photocopies of Degrees, Certificates, Mark sheets, Age proof, Caste Certificates etc. must be attached and annexed with the copy of the application and the same shall be produced in original along with photocopy for verification at the time of interview. d. List of eligible candidates, date & time for interview shall be put up in the website. e. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. f. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification. g. The appointment is full time and private practice of any type is strictly prohibited. h. The candidate is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the Institute employees. i. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law. j. In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and action taken as deemed fit by the competent authority. k. The decision of the AIIMS, Bhopal in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, penalty for false information, mode of selection, conduct of examination(s), if required, will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry/ correspondence will be entertained in this regard. l. The offer of appointment to the selected candidate will be provisional and subject to verification of relevant documents/ credentials by the competent authority. m. The vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The competent authority reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies. No correspondence whatsoever would be entertained in this regard. n. Applications incomplete in any aspect will be summarily rejected. o.
