Duties and Responsibilities

The inventory associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular physical counts of inventory, and reconciling discrepancies, should also be responsible for assisting with the receiving and storage of new inventory.

• Perform physical inventory counts in accordance with company guidelines
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Monitor inventory levels and report needs to supervisor
• Perform cycle counts as needed
• Assist in the receiving of new inventory
• Unload trucks and put away stock
• Stock shelves and maintain aisles in a neat and orderly fashion
• Pull orders for customers and sales floor
• Help customers locate merchandise
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Qualification - Graduation (must)
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification
