LEAD is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and technology, a strong interest in product management.
Responsibilities:
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, user interviews, etc. to identify customer needs and preferences, along with trends in the school ed-tech industry.- Product strategy: Work with analytics to create MIS and dashboards to monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- User understanding: Work with field and support teams to understand the most prevalent issues faced by users and analyse them for impact
- Roadmap execution: Develop user stories, product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Product launch / GTM: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, design, and marketing to ensure successful product launches. Create product documentation and user guides to help customers better understand and utilize LEAD's products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics, should be able to query databases independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and technology.
- Internships or prior experience in product companies and/or experience with SQL/ data analytics will be preferable.
