• Sourcing of profiles from job portals and screening
• Line up interviews & co-ordination with stakeholders
• Preparing of data & reports as required
• Proactively building hiring pipeline

Required Candidate profile

• Well versed with hiring for sales profiles (Field sales candidates)
• 1-4 years of good sourcing experience in sales profile
• Candidate should be have good analytical & communication skills
• Ability to perform under strict deadlines and pressure
• Should be able to work on Bulk hiring
