Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various
sources, including but not limited to sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to derive meaningful insights.
2. Business Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators
(KPIs) to measure the financial performance of different business units and product
lines. Monitor these metrics regularly and provide performance reports to
stakeholders.
3. Data extraction: Extracting data from the internal tool on adhoc basis as per
business requirement.
4. Data Visualization: Create visually engaging dashboards and reports using data
visualization tools to facilitate data-driven decision making for management and
other stakeholders.
5. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions
and challenges. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to support
management decision-making processes.
6. Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data by performing
data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams, including Finance,
Sales, Product, and Marketing, to understand their data needs and provide insights
to support their initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• B.Tech, Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A
Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the finance domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex
financial data.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau,
Power BI, etc.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and forecasting methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical
stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus but not mandatory.
