1.Essential Tools:
- Advanced M S Excel
- Tally ERP 9.0
2.Hold P&L responsibility:
- Ensure adherence to cost numbers at the location level by reviewing levers such as logistics cost, production cost, selling cost, etc.
- Educate and enable the B2B supervisors at processing centres to be the P&L owners of their PCs, and include that in monthly
reviews
3.Through Understanding of Business and Product Knowledge
4.Basic business intelligence and data analysis.
5. Analyse and present information in a way that is consumable and insightful
6.Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to implement necessary changes and maintain
regulatory compliance.
7.Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and implement strategies for the efficient movement of perishable goods like meat and seafood, from processing
centres to customers.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and transportation partners to optimize logistics processes, minimize lead times,
reduce product spoilage.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for meat and
seafood.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, transportation.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring product
quality and freshness.
- Maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
8. Procurement and Inventory Management:
- Source and select reliable HORECA vendors of meat and seafood products, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels based on market demand, minimizing waste and spoilage while ensuring sufficient stock
availability to meet customer orders.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement effective inventory control measures.
9.Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, including finance, MIS & logistics coordinators, amongst others.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration,
and continuous improvement.
- Manage staffing levels, workload distribution, and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency and meet customer
demands.
10.Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement within the perishable
goods supply chain.
- Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making and implement
corrective actions where necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the handling, transportation, and storage of
perishable goods.
11.Operational Efficiency:
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and measure
- operational effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce lead times, and enhance overall vendor
satisfaction.

1. Masters Degree or equivalent in Food and Agri-Business Management or Supply Chain Management
2. 3-4 Years of experience in production, supply chain, B2B operations
3. In-depth knowledge of food industry, supply chain and B2B operations
4. Strong understanding of P&L, business functions, legal terms, finance terms
5. Agile and get ready to get his/ her hands dirty to go in-depth
6. Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management
7. Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and lead a team, meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
8. Knowledge of different geographical areas where we cater
