Community Manager/Creative Influencer Strategist

Designation: Community Manager/Creative Influencer Strategist
Key role & responsibilities:
1. To understand the influencer ecosystem and create the best onboarding, Management, and promotion practices for all levels of creators.
2. Develop original concepts for influencer marketing campaigns for in-app and social channels, and execute them end-to-end accordingly
3. Work together with other teams across the department to develop marketing and gratification campaigns featuring influencers
3. Work on onboarding creators, Managing Agencies, and creating creator life stories and its positioning across platforms.
4. Create the gratification standard and develop smooth processes for the same.
5. Onboard and Manage Agencies and creators.
6. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
7. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
8. Planning of the campaigns from Ideation to execution
9. Weekly reports generation on campaign progress
10. - Campaign Analysis: Analyse the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement

Skills:
- Onboarding and Management of creators and Agency
- Great communication skills
- someone who can manage creators and campaigns from the ideation to the execution
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- Experience in handling big brands and influencers community
- In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
- Knowledge of techniques to improve the performance of influencers
- Understand brands brief and explain the same to the influencers
- Work closely with the influencers on the brands deliverables
- Basic to advance knowledge of MS Excel for reports generation.
- Handling end to end operations of the project which also includes sharing numbers with the finance team and making sure influences get payment on time
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Needs to be a team player and cooperative
- Good networking skills
- Should know how to Set clear objectives: Agree objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads or sales as a starting point
- Influencer marketing: Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Project management skills: Effectively manage client campaigns, ensuring theyre delivered on time, to a high standard
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Great Networking aptitude
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and Self driven
