Qualifications

2 years MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / /labour laws. Experience in strategic HR initiatives like Talent Nurturing & Management, Designing Employee engagement practices and initiating other innovative global HR practices. Knowledge of Government rules and regulations as applicable to CPSEs. Experience in PSU will be preferred.

1) The post is on contract basis only and does not provide any claim for permanent employment. 2) The contract tenure could be extended by a further period of 01 year each or part thereof until the person attains 65 years of age, depending upon the requirement of the Company and the performance of the Person engaged. 3) Management reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post.
