Job description: Head of Partner Services USA
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our hospitality organization as a
Head-Partner Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reconciliation processes, ensuring
effective coordination with supply partners, resolving tech issues, and working on updating product
features for the partner. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, fostering
strong relationships with our partners, and enhancing partner experience through technological
advancements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial acumen, strong analytical skills,
exceptional communication abilities, and a good understanding of technology in a hospitality
setting.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reconciliation:
- Perform regular financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Match and reconcile financial transactions, invoices, and statements with internal records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, investigating any irregularities or issues that arise.
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis for management review.
Partner Management:
- Collaborate with supply partners to establish and maintain productive relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations and implement improvement
initiatives.
- Resolve any supplier-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Tech Coordination and Issue Resolution:
- Coordinate with the tech team to ensure smooth integration and functioning of technology
systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for patrons in resolving any tech-related issues or challenges.
- Liaise with the tech team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Act as a bridge between the supply partners and the tech team to streamline processes and
optimize technology solutions.
Product Feature Updates:
- Work closely with supply partners to understand their needs and gather feedback on product features.
- Collaborate with the product development team to prioritize and implement partner-driven
feature updates.
- Monitor product performance and usability, making recommendations for enhancements and
improvements.
- Ensure timely communication and training for supply partners regarding updated product features.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks, implementing appropriate controls and measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations.
