Job Description

Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate would be a presentable, hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Calling the customer after their hub visit, quoting the price and handling any negotiations in order to make the sale.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
  • Managing payments and maintaining a detailed report
  • Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in sales/inside sales/ telesales
  • Graduation degree
  • Good verbal communication skills English, Hindi and regional language
