  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Employer Branding Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis
  • As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting our organizations employer brand to attract top talent
  • Your mission will be to develop and implement strategies that showcase our company as an employer of choice and enhance our reputation in the job market
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in employer branding or a related field and possess a passion for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Employer Brand Strategy: Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to develop an employer branding strategy aligned with the companys values and business objectives.
  • Candidate Persona Development: Identify and understand our target candidate personas, their preferences, and drivers to tailor employer branding initiatives effectively.
  • Employer Value Proposition (EVP): Craft a compelling and authentic EVP that communicates the unique benefits of working for our organization to potential candidates.
  • Brand Messaging: Create engaging and consistent brand messaging across various channels, including career websites, social media, job descriptions, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms to amplify employer brand messaging, engage with potential candidates, and build a strong online presence.
  • Content Creation: Develop captivating content such as blogs, videos, employee testimonials, and infographics to showcase our company culture and work environment.
  • Employer Brand Activation: Implement creative and innovative initiatives and events to enhance our employer brand visibility and reputation both internally and externally.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to improve the candidate experience during the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Employee Advocacy: Encourage employee participation in employer branding efforts and leverage their experiences to strengthen our brand image.
  • Employer Brand Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives through relevant metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in employer branding, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding principles and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative branding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Social media savvy with experience in managing employer brand profiles on various platforms.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and draw insights for optimization.
  • Collaborative team player with the capability to work cross-functionally.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
