Qualification

Graduates, preferably with post-graduation in management. Fluency and efficiency in spoken and written English is a must. Comfortable working in a computerized environment preferably through CRM. Willing to be located at Udaipur.

Pay
Scale

Rs. 21,500 to 28,000 per month (Depending on candidate’s profile)

A post graduate degree with relevant work experience would be an added advantage.

Experience
Requirements

Minimum one year’s experience of admission counselling and tele-calling in an educational environment, preferably with MBA coaching institutes/edu-tech companies.

Job
Responsibilities

Will be responsible for handling & responding to queries received regarding admission to various programs offered by IIMU. Manage CRM system of leads generated and consistently follow up, primarily through tele-calling, on leads received of those interested in the program/s to ensure they are successfully concluded. Will proactively reach out to the database of prospective applicants to seek interest in the program/s. Assist in promotional activities of the program/s as and when required. Will be required to work 6 days/week with a split weekly day off instead of Sundays during admission cycle.
