Qualification
Ph. D in environmental engineering/ any closely related area is preferred ○ 5+ years’ experience in the sanitation sector ○ PG in Environmental Engineering, environmental science, public health, or a related field. Or UG degree in engineering, environmental science, public health, or a related field with PG in MBA.
Pay
Scale
Rs. 1,40,000/- (One Lakh Forty Thousand Rupees Only). The salary is negotiable for candidates with exceptional profile.

45 years as on the closing date of application, with relaxation to candidates belonging to OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD categories as per Government of India norms.

Job
Responsibilities
Develop funding strategies, collaborate with various funding agencies, strategize and execute the projects ensuring project delivery on time. ○ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. ○ Oversee the research, testing and piloting of various sanitation technologies for its performance assessment. ○ Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments. ○ General understanding of an incubator ecosystem and developing market strategies. ○ Identify new areas of opportunities and create plans to implement them. ○ Communicate with employees, stakeholders, and incubatees to ensure the proper function of the system. Coordinate with technical team for developing sanitation infrastructure. ○ Monitor and plan day-to-day activities of the centre. ○ Monitor the KPIs and budget utilisation through performance assessment. ○ Collaborate and ensure the flow of information between the institute, incubator and funding agencies. ○ Represent the technological agenda in meetings and make hiring decisions. ○ Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
