Job Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive leader who has the ability to accelerate the lead generation engine by relentlessly hunting for new leads through cold calling and warm call existing accounts in the pipeline. Leading a team of inside sales specialists aimed targeted towards a particular region you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth by objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Chase new sales opportunities through outbound emails/cold calls/warm calls on a daily basis
  • Lead the inside sales specialists' team to consistently achieve quota month on month to drive individual and team targets
  • Create a demand forecast plan for the region and execute it through various campaigns
  • Be the go-to person, led by an example and become the source of energy and motivation for the team when the time is right
  • Constantly track impact metrics and derive insights to suggest necessary improvements
  • Liaise with Marketing team on events, webinars, roundtables and all other relevant lead gen. Initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy of data on the CRM given point in time
  • Stay in sync with the sales team, understand the market response and incorporate relevant feedback in the outreach process.

Requirements:

  • BBA/BTech or equivalent degree
  • Min. Experience of 6+ years with a proven track record of handing an inside sales/ outbound team with consistent top performance in the B2B SaaS space
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with a knack for cold calling
  • A proven inside sales/outbound marketing experience of at least 3 years
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • A natural ability to write to and speak with prospects
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
