Job Description
  • To induct / train team on Stores SOP and adhere to the process
  • To monitor and track each and every activities of all the stores & yards
  • To check / train / track the safe stacking of RM at stores
  • To monitor / train on the safety work procedures at stores
  • To monitor / Check / Generate Reports on Material Received Date to GRN Date (To track the Delays)
  • To generate Inventory Reports across projects including billed & unbilled item wise
  • To store suppliers Invoice, LR & EWB including Inspection Reports etc project wise in respective folders and should be easily identifiable for audit purposes.
  • To maintain item wise & site wise inventory level with ageing duly updated on daily basis and the same has to be shared to all stakeholders on weekly basis
  • To ensure that the GRN is generated within 24 hrs of receipt of materials at site and if any delay the same has to be done through approval. And all the Bills are uploaded into OMS within timelines.
  • To monitor / streamline the internal QC process for smooth processing of vendor bills
  • To support projects team in raising RA Bills
  • To support finance team on Audits
  • To co-ordinate with external auditor for carrying out material audit at all stores and clear the NC if any raised
  • To support in upgrading systems and software
  • To set a process to control and mitigate operational delays like GRN / MDN / SCN etc and any delay has to process through approval flow.
  • Should travel across stores / warehouses which are spread across India to ensure proper work procedures are adhered to.
  • Should set up New Stores / Warehouse / Stock Yard near the project sites when new Projects are signed.
