Key Responsibly Included:

• Coordinating with Customers and different stakeholders (within the organization).
• Managing the schedule of the delivery with the Customer and the City Team.
• Ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure all the tasks are completed before delivery of the car.
• Ensure the best customer experience in every delivery.
• Coordinating with the hub team and the finance team for payment mapping.

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Regional Language ).
• Graduated from any stream.
• Should have 0-1 years of experience in coordination and cold calling the CX.
• Willing to learn new things.
• Should be okay with 6 Days working culture with rotational week-offs.
• Ready to work in fast paced working environment.

Work Location - Spinny HQ (Capital Business Park, Sector-48, Sohna Road, Gurugram)

Fixed Salary - INR 20,000 In hand per month
