The Management reserves the right to fill up or not to fill up the above position without assigning any reason whatsoever. OPGC also reserves the right to cancel/restrict/modify/alter the recruitment process and also reserves the right to increase or decrease the post advertised, if need arises without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason whatsoever.  Canvassing by a candidate in any form or means shall disqualify his/her candidature.  OPGC reserves the right to cancel the whole of the recruitment process or any part thereof without assigning any reason.  Any dispute with regard to the said recruitment will be settled within the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar only under the judicature of High Court of Orissa.
