Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi verbal communication is mandatory
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending a communication to customers.
• At least 1 year of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process
• Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.
• Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions
• Ability to convert leads into sales without being pushy or intrusive.
• Ability to articulate in different ways.
• Comfortable working six days with one rotational week off
• Candidates should be comfortable working any 9-hour rotational shift (female shift timings: Between 9am and 8pm; male applicants, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.).
• Candidates should be willing to work from the office (location: Silk Board).
• Must be open for off-roll (third-party payroll)
