Roles and Responsibilities
Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
• Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners itineraries
• Responsible for operating telephone switchboards and answering and transfer calls.
• Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate office or person.
• Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails.
• Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers and fax.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Supervise meeting room reservations and catering arrangements
