To enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with business needs and goals. He/she will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing, and delivering the training materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop/maintain training content roadmap for different product modules and processes.
2. Work on training delivery strategies for different product modules and processes.
3. Come up with evaluation and scoring mechanisms to assess the impact of training.
4. Develop certifications/courses to attain different levels of proficiency in product and process training.
5. Develop/Maintain new training content for products and processes. And ensure that it is kept up to date with changes in product or process.
6. Develop/maintain supplementary training including reading material, assignments, and exercises.
7. Deliver the training content through various channels/ mediums.
8. Develop self-paced training courses for product and process.
9. Deliver training through a classroom environment to new/existing beauty advisors
    

Preferred candidate profile

• 3- 6 years in training with Beauty industry experience
• Self-driven individual with a calm demeanor and technical bent of mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
