Job Responsibilities :
- On-board Hotels & get them associated with OYO
- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies
- Increasing the Supply side of OYO.
- Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.
- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
Skills Required:
- Should have 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Account management.
- Strong negotiation skills alongside your need to know your numbers commercial awareness is critical for success in this role.
- Have the ability to create a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills internal and external.
