Job Responsibilities :

  • On-board Hotels & get them associated with OYO
  • Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies
  • Increasing the Supply side of OYO.
  • Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.
  • Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.

Skills Required:

  • Should have 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills alongside your need to know your numbers commercial awareness is critical for success in this role.
  • Have the ability to create a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills internal and external.
