1. Principal Sainik School Kapurthala invites applications for the Recruitment of 01 X PEM / PTI cum Matron. The vacancy is Contractual for one year. The seat is Un-Reserved. Salary will be Rs 40,000/- pm (consolidated).

2. Qualification.

Essential Qualification.

• (a) 04 years degree of B.P. Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education) from any National Council for Teacher Education recognised institution
• OR
• (b) 03 years Graduation and 01 year B.P.Ed Diploma
• OR
• (c) B. Sc (PE), Health Education & Sports +01 Year B.P.Ed Diploma

Desirable Qualification.

• (a) Experience of working in any Sainik School will be given preference.
• (b) Communication in English.
• (c) Knowledge of Computer

3. PEM / PTI will have to perform additional duties of Matron for girls hostel too.

4. Last date of submission of application form is 31 Aug 2023.

5. Reservation. The post is un-reserved

6. Age. Should be between 21 to 35 years. The cut off date is 01 Jul 2023.

7. Other Conditions.

• (a) Candidates appointed at Sainik School Kapurthala will be employees of Sainik Schools Society and Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations in vogue and as amended from time to time will be applicable for all the posts. All the posts are transferable with All India Liability.
• (b) Applications with attested copies of testimonials and non refundable demand draft for an amount of Rs 500/- for Gen/OBC candidates or Rs 250/-for SC/ST Candidates drawn in favour of “Principal Sainik School Kapurthala” should reach the school at the address: Principal, Sainik School, Kapurthala, Punjab – 144 601 latest by 31 Aug 2023. In case of non receipt of fees, requisite certificates for educational documents, the application will be summarily rejected.
• (c) Candidates are to clearly mention the name of the post applied on the top of Bio-data form and envelope. If any field/information, asked in the application, is left blank/ provided false/wrong information, the application will be rejected summarily without giving any justification. Application received after due date will not be considered. The school will not be held responsible for any type of delay including postal or otherwise, to or from, during any stage of the selection process.
