Job Description

In this role, you ll be responsible for the development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan. You thrive on making performance more efficient and scalable by working closely with the Business team in setting up and regular review of different metrics (topline as well as cost), developing a risk management framework to name a few. If you have a knack for analytics and relevant experience with NBFC, Bank, or in a financial service organization then reach out to us for further process.

What You will do

  • Analyzing current financial performance in conjunction with past and forecasts and driving insightful discussion with the Business team and CXOs.
  • Regular monitoring of KPIs across various functions and cost centers with understanding and highlighting any key outliers.
  • Working on annual operating plans (AOPs) and forecasts and closely working with teams on adherence to it.
  • Working on regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Working closely with teams in driving efficiencies, supporting business teams in setting up metrics.
  • An opportunity to collaborate with CXOs and the leadership team on projects.

What you will need

  • MBA or CA fresher with 0-3 years of experience
  • Understanding of key financial statements. Experience and understanding of FinTech is a plus.
