Job Description

As Senior Associate in the Growth Marketing team in Glance gaming team, you will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing campaigns across few media and programmatic channels for driving Acquisition for one of the RMG apps. You will be taking ownership and also be responsible for the results driven from the campaigns and ensure we get the right set of users for the app at the affordable budgets.

  • Work very closely with Product, Tech, business and content teams for any kind of problem solving or projects
  • Present your ideas/ thoughts clearly through presentations, or anything else that is required to successfully pitch the impact created by projects owned by you
  • Manage campaigns across a portfolio of channels/networks (Programmatic Networks, Google and Facebook ads, other direct publishers etc)
  • Be aligned with teams on the various campaigns executed across acquisition, remarketing.
  • Setup campaigns on platforms and co-ordinate with the Platform POCs on regular basis for feedback on optimization and improvement in performance. Do regular refresh of creatives/content and maintain a pipeline of requirements for co-ordination on assets.
  • Do regular analytics and deep dive on the marketing channels and provide insights on performance improvements
  • Pull data across various data bases and query them and make granular data available for analysis
  • Connect with Growth, Marketing, Design, Product and DS teams on regular basis and work with them for framing and maintaining key business insights and metrics.
  • Continuous interaction building your own network of stakeholders within beyond the Glance Gaming portfolio in the organization

What do we expect from you

  • 3-4 years of overall work experience in Growth Marketing/Performance Marketing/ Agency account management roles..
  • Familiar working with Programmatic networks/DSP, Media buying, bidding optimizations and algorithms.
  • Strong Analytical and excel skills
  • Digital Marketing experience - Hands on experience across various networks
  • Understanding of Acquisition for Mobile apps and Manage retention/funnel metrics
  • Quick Decision making and optimizing for ROI
  • Business intel to action on data and benchmark with competition
  • Confident individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
