• Collaborate with the Product and Game Design team to define and analyse Key Performance Indicators and develop data-driven strategies
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports and models to provide stakeholders with actionable real-time insights
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data to extract valuable insights leveraging appropriate statistical method
• Identify game data issues and work proactively to ensure hygiene, integrity and accuracy of data across various sources
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on Data Analytics for Dream Game Studios by being up to date on industry best practices and trends

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence and providing data-driven insights
• Strong analytical, visualisation and story-telling skills to communicate insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders
• Robust knowledge in mathematical areas relevant to the position: statistics, probabilities, simulations etc.
• Ability to breakdown complex problems into testable MECE hypotheses and advise business decision making
• Expertise in dashboarding platforms: Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Tableau

Good to Have

• Musical background with a solid understanding of music theory, composition, and music production.
• Experience in field recording techniques to capture and edit authentic and unique sound effects for the game.
• Knowledge of voiceover production processes, including casting, directing, and editing voice talent.
• Familiarity with interactive sound design techniques, such as adaptive music systems, dynamic mixing, and spatial audio.
• Understanding of game development processes and workflows, including familiarity with game engines, version control systems, and asset management tools.
