Job Description
  • Collaborating with HODs to understand different job functions and their hiring requirements to help scale FanCode
  • Manage end-to-end hiring (both for tech and non-tech functions) from requirement gathering to end to end new joinee on-boarding
  • Work on projects, new ideas/strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth (eg: Referral Program, Optimizing our current Hiring Process, Onboarding, etc)
  • Drive Employee Engagement activities
  • Work on Fan Code s Employer Branding initiatives along with the Communications team, which includes but is not limited to; FanCode s Glassdoor ratings, LinkedIn Jobs/Pages, Career Site
  • You are self motivated and enthusiastic to learn new things in the tech startup world

Must Haves

  • 4+ years of work experience in end to end Hiring and Onboarding
  • Expertise of hiring via various channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc)
  • Understanding of any Applicant Tracking System (Lever/Greenhouse/Recruiterbox)
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)

Good to have

  • Love sports
  • Previous experience of working in a tech/product startup
