About the team:
You will be joining the Growth - User Experience team at Meesho working on building a world-class and trustworthy shopping experience for Meesho customers. The Experience team works on solving some of the most pressing and unique ecommerce problems for Bharat's shoppers; the Next Half Billion.
About the role:
As Senior Growth Associate, you’ll work on strategic initiatives to improve user experience on the platform. This will involve a visioning exercise for user experience leveraging outside-in and inside-out insights. You’ll help the team identify new 10x opportunities as well as structurally improve current processes impacting user experience. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the Operations, Product, Analytics and Tech.
