• Managing the financials of USA entity
• Creation of Transfer pricing workings for transfers between sister entities
• Managing along with Bank payments -AP and Payroll for USA
• Coordinate with multiple teams internally (various LOBs / program owners) for AP and Taxes related activities
• Ensure statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits are completed in time with no significant adverse observations
• Ensure all corrective actions recommended as a result of observations made in audits are taken in time-bound manner and implemented.
• Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statement of the Group
• Manage US GAAP conversion to IFRS vice-versa
• Responsible for monthly book closing (includes BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc)

Skills and Qualifications

• CA/MBA
• 7-10 years post qualification, in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.
• Experience in start-ups which have achieved scale, working in technology enabled space is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS is a must.
• Should have worked alongside the Big 4 audit firms for closing books of accounts / statutory audits.
• Excellent working skills of MS - office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP and COUPA) will be an added plus.
• Experience of automation of processes
