• Successful candidate will be responsible for driving key strategic goals for one of the 5 geographical zones assigned (1000-1500 Cr topline each zone), from head office, through close coordination with the Business Head of the zone
• Key strategic goals will include overall Topline, overall Bottomline; as well as key components of the P&L, eg Acquisition funnel (activation, growth, wallet share, diversification), Renewals, Cost drivers (claims, expenses), Operational efficiencies, etc|
• The goals will be across all products, distribution channels, and functions
• This role will need continuous data analysis and coordination, to find segments of growth/improvement opportunity and areas where corrective actions are needed
• Candidate is expected to eventually grow to become a full stack internal consultant for the assigned zone, from identifying and defining problem statements to finding solutions/action points, to getting them implemented
• High level of ownership for the success of the zone - liaising with multiple internal departments/stakeholders for optimized solutions (sales, underwriting, actuarial, claims, finance, and tech teams)
• Presenting insights and actions to stakeholders at President/CXO level

Background: The ideal candidate will be:

• A Generalist and problem-solver, who can wear multiple hats; and lives and breathes data
• Needs to have a balance of ability in both analyzing numbers and stakeholder management

Education & Experience :

• MBA (any specialization) will get added advantage, but not mandatory for the right candidate
• 3-6 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of experience in Consulting/Strategy/CXO office/Product Management/Program Management/Finance role
