Drive the store Metrics related to HUB(LMD) and DC.
Make sure the metrics are met and drive towards improvement
Hub - Experience in last mile delivery operations. Drive operational efficiency
DC - Experience in distribution center management(Picking efficiency, Bin Audits, Inventory Management)
Must have experience in handling large teams(> 200) with a immediate line of more than 10 employees
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in e-commerce, retail preferred
Candidates with more than 8 years of experience in a similar role or aspiring to become a store manager can apply.
This is a non customer facing role
