Job Responsibilities:

  • End to end client/vendor/dealers management on calls.
  • Handing the Auction Process and connecting with client/vendor/dealers to increase the bids in the auction.
  • Relationship building with clients.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Processing inquiries generated through tele sales.
  • Responding to queries of clients and give timely support when requested.
  • Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
  • Client/Vendor/Dealers Relationship management related activities.

We are looking for:

  • Someone with 06 months - 4 years of work experience in Voice Process.
  • Good judgment and swift decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Local Language is must.
